  • A soft cloth

Do this:

Mix all the ingredients, including water, essential oils and tincture. In this mixture, soak the cloth. To drain the excess water, wring it out. Place this compress on varicose vein-affected areas. To be relieved from itching and broken varicose veins, you can do it daily.

3. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar (ACV) may be considered a healing fluid that can heal a number of diseases including all types of pain, swelling, heartburn, and even varicose veins. ACV increases the flow of the blood in which it prevents the bloating and swelling of veins. When using this apple cider vinegar treatment for varicose veins, you also get rid of discomfort.

In a glass of water, combine two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and drink it. Repeat twice daily. Use undiluted vinegar from apple cider. Combine ACV and skin lotion in equal amounts and apply it to your varicose veins and rub gently. Do it twice a day. Soak a cloth or gauze in ACV and place it on the affected area. Let it sit for approximately 20-30 minutes. You may also use this ACV soaked cloth to rub gently.

Additional Tips

Exercise. Regular exercise can increase the flow of blood in the legs, helping to push the blood in the veins. You can also lower your blood pressure with exercise, which is another factor that contributes to spider veins.

Keep The Legs Elevated. Through holding the legs raised, preferably at the same height as the heart or above, it will help improve circulation. This reduces the pressure in the legs’ veins and gravity will help the blood flow smoothly back to the heart.

Massage. Carefully massaging the affected areas will help keep the blood flowing through the veins. For optimum effects, you can use massage oils or moisturizer. However, avoiding pressing directly on the veins is crucial, as you risk damaging fragile tissues.
